 www.bettycrocker.com The following recipe is a Fix It and Forget It recipe, page 179 (tweaked a little bit) Makes 4-5 Servings Ingredients: 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breast quarters 15 oz. can of spaghetti sauce 4oz. can of mushrooms, drained 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Directions: 1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray 2. Place chicken in crock pot 3. Pour on sauce, mushrooms 4. Sprinkle with seasoning 4. Cover 5. Cook on high 3-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours 6. Serve over spaghetti or rice

This is what's on the menu this week! It's from my Kraft Foods Magazine. I love their recipes! www.kraftfoods.com Ingrdients: 2 egg s 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , softened 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend 3 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained 1/2 lb. fresh mushroom s, cut into quarters 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , cut in half 4 green onion s, sliced 2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls Directions: HEAT oven to 375ºF. MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Stir in next 4 ingredients. UNROLL dough; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange in 11-inch circle on foil-covered baking sheet, with short sides of triangles overlapping in center and points of triangles toward outside. Last night, my husband and I went to Panera Bread for dinner. He usually gets New England Clam Chowder but he decided to try something new - French Onion Soup. He loved it!! So he asked me to track down a recipe. I found the recipe online at www.bettycrocker.com . While I have not made it yet, I thought I'd share it as today's recipe. Spicy Chicken Lasagna Roll-Ups

I'm a day late but better late than never. I plan to make this recipe for the first time this week. My family loves all the ingedients so I'm sure it will be a hit. Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes or until heated through Serving size: 6 Cost: $8 - $10 Ingredients: 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. crushed red pepper 3 cups shredded cooked chicken 2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 eggs, beaten 12 rinsed cooked lasagna noodles Directions: 1. HEAT oven to 375ºF. 2. MIX first 3 ingredients; combine 1/2 cup with chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. Spread 1/4 cup onto each noodle; roll up. 3. POUR 1/2 cup of the remaining sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish; top with lasagna rolls, seam-sides down. Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella. 4. One Dish Chicken Skillet

Friends, my husband loves dishes made with stuffing. He can't get enough of them! One of his favorites is the following recipe. It is quick and easy. This recipe is from "Stove Top Recipes". Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes Serving size: 4-6 Cost: Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of hot water 1/4 (1/2 stick) butter or margerine, melted 1 Pkg of stuffing mix for chicken 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2) lbs) 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 sour cream Directions: 1. Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix. Set aside. 2. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken, cook on medium heat 5 minutes, on each side. 3. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing, cover. Cook on low heat 10 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serve with vegetables,  salad and dessert. Enjoy!! Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

The following recipe is from Kraft Recipes Food & Family Edition Fall 2006. I've made it a few times and my family loves it. It is fantastic and easy to make!! Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 1 hour Serving size: 6-8 Cost: $10 - $12 Ingredients: 2 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken 1 cup water 2 egg s, beaten 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce , divided   Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Place meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in bowl. 3. Mix until blended. 4. Shape into a loaf in a greased (use cooking spray) 13 x 9 inch pan. 5. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. This recipe is from kraftrecipes.com. I have made it several times and my family really enjoys it. I don't always use the name brand products for this recipe. Generic ingredients work fine. Prep time: 20-30 minutes Cook time: 45 minutes or until chicken is done Serving size: 4-6 people Ingredients: 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken , divided 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces 1 cup hot water 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) low-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream 1-1/4 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 1 pkg. Creamy Cooker Chicken

I love crock pot cooking! Making delicious homemade meals are easy when using a crock pot. I love the Fix It and Forget It Cookbook. It gives a variety of recipes. It has recipes from appetizers to beverages. I wanted to share my trusty turn to recipe when I am short on time. It is the Creamy Cooker Recipe on page 171. I've modified it a little. Below is the recipe I use. Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 4 - 4 1/2 hrs on high in crock pot Serves: 4-6 people Cost: $10-$12 Ingredients: 1 pkg dry onion soup mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves Directions: 1. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray 2. Combine dry soup mix and soup in the bottom of crock pot 3. Add chicken, pushing it down into the sauce so it is covered with sauce 4. Cover. French Onion Chicken

This chicken dish is very flavorful. It is easy to make. I usually make enough for left overs. Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 45 minutes to 1 hour in oven on 400 degrees Serves 4-6 Cost: $15 Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 pkg of French's Onions (6 oz) 3 eggs Salt and Pepper to season Italian seasoning (if desired) Directions: 1. Line cooking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray 2. Wash and trim fat off chicken 3. Take the French's Onions out of the container and put them in a one quart baggie. 4. Pound onions until they are about bread crumb consistency 5. Empty onions into a bowl 6. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. 7. Place each chicken breast separately into the egg batter. 8. Dip each chicken breast separately into the onions and cover completely (Before covering sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle Italian seasoning if desired.) 9. This is an easy and inexpensive meal to make for your family. It is also very delicious. Prep Time: About 20 minutes Cook Time: 2 1/2 - 3 hours on high in crock pot (if using an oven, an hour & 15 minutes on 375 degrees) Serving size: 8-10 Cost: $11 Ingredients: 2 pkgs of frozen cheese ravioli (25 oz each) 2 jars pasta sauce 1 pkg of Mexican shredded cheese (12 oz) (If you want to spice it up, you can put a few slices pepper jack cheese) Directions: 1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray 2. Put a little sauce to cover the bottom of the crock pot 3. Empty the contents of 1 pkg of ravioli into the crock pot 4. Cover ravioli with sauce (not too heavy though) 5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the ravioli & sauce 6. Empty contents of  2nd pkg of ravioli into the crock pot 7. Tater Tot Casserole - Easy Shepherd's Pie

I first heard of tater tot casserole while watching "19 Kids and Counting". This is one of the Duggar family's favorite recipes. I make this dish in the oven and in the crock pot. It is a quick and easy dish to make. Most people have these ingredients already on hand. Prep time: About 20 minutes Cook time: 3 hours on low (crock pot)  or 1 hour if using oven Serving size: 6-8 Cost: About $8 Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 2 cans of corn 32 ounces frozen tater tots 2   (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup 1 packet dried onion soup mix 1/4 cup 1% milk (optional) Mexican shredded cheese Directions: 1. My goal is to provide quick, inexpensive, family friendly meals. My husband named this creation of mine - Cheesy Pepperoni Chop Suey Bake. Prep time: About 20 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Serving size: 4-6 Cost: About $13 Ingredients: 1 pound of hamburger or turkey burger - I use either in this recipe 1 pkg of pasta - I use Penne or Cavatappi - any brand 1 jar of pasta sauce - I use Aldi brand sauce 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese 4 oz. of pepperoni (regular or turkey) - I just eye it to see if it is enough. 5 slices of Pepper Jack cheese (this is optional but it gives the dish a nice spicy flavor) Italian seasoning to taste Directions: 1.
