Second Sunday of Advent

 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son.....[John 3:16 ESV]
 
This week of  Advent is about love. The focus is the love that God has for us.
 
We must remember that this was the plan from before the foundation of the world. [Ephesians 1:4]
 
He has loved us with an everlasting love because he has continued his faithfulness to us.
[Jeremiah 31:3]
 
By God's love and grace he has given us eternal encouragement and good hope.
[2nd Thessalonians 2:16]
 
God showed his love among us by sending His Son that we might live through Him. [1 John 4:9]
 
Ultimately, this is love - not that we loved God - but that God loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. [ 1John 4:10]
 
Love has come....
