NLT Filament Bible Review

Do you want a study Bible without carrying around a large, bulky book?

Do you want a Bible that has devotional content?

Do you want a Bible that also has video content?

Do you want all these features at a reasonable price?

The NLT Filament Bible does all of this!!

I usually use this NLT Bible:
It is an older 2007 NLT edition (not Filament Enabled).

The following is a review of the NLT Filament Enabled Bible, Giant Print Personal Size Edition:

The new NLT Giant Print Personal Size Filament Enabled edition is a great step up from my 2007 NLT.
I usually have to get out my other study Bibles to reference. Then I would use a separate devotional book. If I wanted to get insight from a video, I would then need to find one on my own.

With Filament enabled editions, it is all right there at my fingertips! It's so simple to use!

I downloaded the app which is available for FREE at the Apple or Google Play stores. This does leave out Kindle Fire users. Hopefully, they will add the app on Amazon. Tyndale would reach a wider buying audience if they did so. The app gives clear instructions on how to activate it with the NLT Filament Enabled Bible. The app can be installed on as many devices as you need. I only have it on my iPhone. The app content works fine even on this smaller screen. I think the optimal way to use it would be on a tablet for easier viewing

Here is a video on how it works:

The Giant Print Personal Size is perfect. It is a red-letter edition. The red is not too dark or light. The print seems to be even throughout. The print is just the right size for those who wear glasses. For most people, it is not so big that one can see it from across the room nor too small where one would need the addition of a magnifying glass or sheet in order to read it. The Bible is also a nice size. It fits well in the hand or lap while reading. The binding is Smyth-sewn. It will eventually lay flat after a few times of use. The cover material is a little stiff compared to my 2007 NLT. The giant print version is double column format. It also comes in a variety of formats, colors and styles. It is also available in genuine leather.

The review edition provided by Tyndale retails for $29.99. Even at full retail, it is well worth the price. It can be found at some major online shopping sites for less. The top picture is linked to Christianbook if you would like to get your own copy.

I highly recommend purchasing an NLT Filament Enabled Bible. You won't regret it.

[The NLT Personal Size Giant Print Holy Bible (Red Letter, Leatherlike, Peony Pink) was provided to me at no cost by Tyndale House Publishers in exchange for my honest review.]
